Sure, this team is just a "tool" for the council. The only "formal"
thing I'd like to see is to have something like three independent
written reviews before advancing to last call. This basically assures
the there is general interest in the XEP beside the proponents and the
council.

And - I was almost forgetting,  take me on board! ;)
