[Members] XSF Board Meeting today 1630Z

Sorry guys, I meant to send something like this out a couple of days  
ago, but it's been a bit busy.

The Board is meeting today at 1630Z - that is, in about ten minutes.  
All members welcome, and your opinions do count even if it's only  
board members who're voting.

Most things I've put on the agenda will affect most members, to at  
least some degree.

Note that for the FOSDEM/Summit 11 item in particular, I'm expecting  
to have the Board set a number of aspects in stone at this point,  
including whether we're going to do Friday, Monday, or both.
