I cannot be present, but I would be interested by the answer to that
question too. Why the XSF would not have a stand? We may not be the
biggest standards organization on earth, but XMPP has gained much place
over the Internet those last years (pretty much used a lot now).

So how is it that we suddenly end up by having no stand, are forced to
"beg" (sic) to other groups, and also that we only learn this so late
(like barely a month before the event)?
Or did we simply forget to apply for one, or what?
