We obviously need to think about Spam and thought we did begin the real
work yet, we it in our roadmap. But I really don't think this is the
reason that should stop us from wanting the network to expand.

And isn't AIM the world biggest "IM" network, if I remember, especially
in America (in Europ, in particular France at least, not many use it. In
Asia, I did not see that many too)? That's something to rejoice if we
can confirm this is federation.

As for Facebook, really for me that's a bitter victory. They made a
close (though standard, indeed) IM network, the same they did with the
web. Really nothing to rejoice about, in my opinion.

Ok I have to leave now, but that was a nice way to wake up in the
morning. Hopefully when I'll get back to my emails tonight, this great
news won't fade by reading by one of you that it accepts connection only
from a Gtalk account.
