sorry about the delay, I was very busy in the last weeks. I wanted to 
wait, because when I start the voting now then the voting and meeting is 
during the holidays. No idea if this is a good idea. Because I think 
many members takes this time to relax and stay away from the computer.
But I can also start the voting period now and we can hold a meeting 
early in January.
