PHP continues to have lots of security holes and I think everyone on the
infrastructure team would sleep easier if we plugged such holes. But the
main driver of this discussion is the ability to mirror the xmpp.org
website so that our specs and other information is always available even
if we should have hardware or network problems in our data center.
