[Members] Application period Q3/2012

I don't know whether I should reapply, I haven't participated in any 
discussion or decission at all. My federated XMPP server is up and 
running and I'm still working on my idea of a game server. However I 
came to the conclussion that I don't need extensions of the current 
protocol to achieve what I need. Maybe just a new method of users 
authentication, but I will discuss that in the standards list.
