Well, we can do a hell of a lot, from a concentrated social media campaign
to a proper press release and news distribution. It depends on how much the
XSF should be involved in something that's not an XSF effort, and whether
it's even desired by those running the manifesto.

That would be useful, yes. It's not clear that having an "A" grade on the
IM Observatory is either required or sufficient.

Also, we'll need other logistics, like some way for admins who are stuck to
communicate with others to get help - it's a little bizarre, saying we need
a comms path to help XMPP admins, but of course we'll be breaking
federation potentially while we work. I suspect what we actually need to do
is simply tell admins to get themselves a jabber.org account if they don't
already, and host a chatroom on muc.xmpp.org (or c.j.o).
