That's a good point. The reasoning behind involving the Board is that
because these people would be acting with the backing of the XSF, they're
essentially representing it. I'd hope that ratification of nominations,
despite being a really impressive-sounding thing, would be a matter of a
simple rubber-stamp in the vats majority of cases.
