[Members] London meetup?

Now that you all have pulled off a great Summit, I'm wondering if we 
want to have a smaller gathering in London around the IETF meeting.

Here are some possibilities:

- Saturday, March 1 or Sunday, March 3

Rationale: it's easy for me to book a free meeting room before the IETF 
sessions really start.

- Tuesday, March 4

Rationale: the XMPP WG is meeting on this day, so having some other XMPP 
discussions might make sense. Also, the IETF offers day passes and 
perhaps we could even convince the Board to pay the day-pass fee for any 
XSF member who attends.

Note that early bird registration ends February 21, so if we like the 
Tuesday idea we'll want to get organized before then.
