[Members] London meetup?

Hi Peter,

We were talking about having an XMPP UK meetup to coincide with the IETF.

Tuesday would work better and we could probably get a space at at Mozilla
for the evening. I'm sure Surevine would also supply food + drinks.

If everyone would be interested in that I can talk to Laura and get things
moving.

PS would be very interested in attending IETF as well but would prefer to
do it in a useful capacity if possible.
