The technical plenary goes until 19:50 on Monday and at that point there
will be a lot of hungry and thirsty geeks looking to hit the pub, not
join an XMPP meetup. I think we might have more success with Tuesday
since the agenda ends at 18:30. But I am skeptical that we'd attract
lots of IETF folks anyway, so do take my statements with a grain of salt...
