The more I think about this, the more I think it's going to be
headaches. I do work on Council, iTeam, and XEP authorship in about
that order. I spend a good chunk of employer time on Council, and I
try to keep my iteam activity mostly on my own time, and I've authored
XEPs both with and without employer support. So we're proposing Isode
gets credit for my iteam work, which it doesn't sponsor much, and not
for my Council work, which it sponsors heavily. It's all messy, and I
can't be the only one.
