[Members] proposed bylaw change: eligibility for membership

I would like to propose a change to Section 2.1 of the XSF's bylaws, to 
be considered at the next meeting of the membership.

CURRENT TEXT:

The initial Members of the Corporation shall be admitted upon the 
affirmative vote of the Board of Directors of the Corporation at the 
initial meeting of the Board of Directors. Thereafter, to be eligible 
for membership, a person, corporation, organization, or other entity 
must complete a written membership application in such form as shall be 
adopted by the Board of Directors from time to time.

PROPOSED TEXT:

Membership in the Corporation is limited to natural persons. To be 
eligible for membership, a person must complete a written membership 
application in such form as shall be adopted by the Board of Directors 
from time to time.

The rationale for removing the first sentence of the current text is 
that the initial meeting of the Board of Directors occurred in 2001.

The rationale for adding a new sentence and modifying the second 
sentence is to make it clear that only natural persons (not 
corporations, organizations, or other entities) are eligible for 
membership in the XSF.
