[Members] Board Meeting time change

Just in case anyone had forgotten - because I certainly had - the Board is
now meeting at 1600Z on Mondays - that's in just over 2 hours from now.

Meetings are open, and comments are typically welcome from the floor
(that's us non-Board types).
