[Members] Board meetings - new time/day

Hi all,

As you may have noticed, the Board meetings haven’t been very successful recently (in us all being there and engaged).

We have caught up on this issue this week, and have agreed that 16:00 UTC on a Monday is not an ideal time.

With immediate effect we will be moving our Board meetings to 16:00 UTC on a Wednesday, after the Council meeting. This worked well with the Board last year, so I hope for similar success.
