[Members] Feedback on votes

That's just begging for more problems. Since we're all voting on each
other, you'd end up with some people voting based on how others voted on
them. Even more people would vote "yes" just to win popularity or not upset
people.

I wouldn't get too self-conscious about a few "no" votes. If the vote was
unanimous I think it'd be more reason for concern.
