[Members] Council Minutes Taker

Hi all!

Now that we have some wonderful new members, I wanted to send out
another request for a minutes taker for XSF council meetings. This is
a great way to see how the council operates, learn a bit about the
XSF, and gain the gratification of your peers without making a huge
comittment.

Council meetings are once a week (normally Wednesdays at 16:00 zulu),
and generally last for around 30 minutes. Minutes taking is as easy as
showing up (or even reading the chat logs afterwards), writing down
the highlights, and sending it out to the list afterwards.
