Hello,

another year went by and we have to elect the 2018-2019 XSF Board and 
Council soon.

If you are interested in running for Board (business stuff) or Council 
(technical stuff) for the 2018-2019 term, please create an appropriate 
wiki page by November 4th, 2018 and link it from here:

Proxy voting will probably start on November 5th and we will hold our 
annual meeting to elect the Board and Council on November 22nd.
