Dear members,

In today's Board meeting ( http://logs.xmpp.org/xsf/2019-03-21?p=h#2019-03-21-c9c647cc5bb31bcb ),
the idea of the XSF having a job board has been raised.

In short, the idea is to maintain a list of XMPP related jobs at the XSF.
As pointed out in the meeting, current similar sites exist, here are some
examples you can take a look:
https://djangojobs.net/jobs/
https://www.fossjobs.net/
https://opensourcedesign.net/jobs/

For starters, I think we should not worry much about how to do it, what would
be the process, and so on, but about actually having that job board.
How do you feel about it, does it make sense? Would it be good for the
community?

I personally think it would be great to have it, good for the community and
good for job posters.
Of course it will require a bit of work regarding maintaining it, but I'm
quite sure this is something we can manage and that it will pay itself in the
long run.

Please, let's participate on this debate, and hear all the opinions.

Hoping we get all possible feedback on this,

Thank you very much!

Seve.
