I heard of the following alternatives:

	https://joinmobilizon.org
	https://gettogether.community

... but haven't used either of them myself.  (For the meetups in Berlin,
we moved to a Movim/PubSub node, as Yvo mentioned.  Works for us, but
lacks meetup-specific features, of course.)
