I got told (and realized) that this is from 2019. And now I'm
disappointed that the XSF hasn't signed it.

The article is still interesting anyway. I encourage you to follow La
Quadrature, they're the French equivalent of the EFF (Electronic
Frontier Foundation) and they do a very good job at supporting our
online rights. They do have a bunch of articles in english like this
