Hi,

I'm currently developing external server components (in Java) and have the
following question about IQ :

Must an <iq type="result"/> element have the same basic structure that the
corresponding <iq type="get"/> element ?

An example should help :
If I send :

<iq type="get" to="myService">
  <query xmlns="myServiceNS" />
</iq>

Should the answer be :

A :

<iq type="result" to="myService">
  <query xmlns="myServiceNS">
    <stuff>
      ...
    <stuff>
  </query>
</iq>

OR B :

<iq type="result" to="myService">
  <stuff xmlns="myServiceNS">
    ...
  <stuff>
</iq>

I ask the question because when browsing transports you can get the one or
the other (just try with yahoo and MSN)

So is the correct one A or B ?

Thanks for your help,

Stéphane.
