Yeah, totally agreed. I run Jabber servers here without a JSM, or at
least with a *Very* stripped down JSM (i.e. only runs mod_browse, to
to respond to browse requests[1]). 

I guess I mixed up *requirements* with *things to test against and
tick off* in this brain-dump list of things.
