[standards-jig] UPDATED: JEP-0004

Oh.  Ok.  But there's nothing from stopping him (or someone else) from
writing a follow-on JEP that adds those features as annotations to
jabber:x:data, right?

(sorry I'm being dense, but since I was on travel last week, I'm still
getting caught up.)
