Maybe if we make it that <start/> == epoch, and <end/> == MAXINT seconds
(or whatever)?

Dang, I thought I put this in, but I must have forgot. Anyway, it'll be
as simple as:

  <iq type='set'>
    <query xmlns='http://www.jabber.org/protocol/vacation'/>
  </iq>

and of course the schema will be updated accordingly.
