STUN is server-assisted, which makes it more capable for setting up
peer-to-peer UDP. However, there is no proxy facility, which is needed if we
want foolproof connectivity.
The advantage to using server-assisted protocol would be to grab the edge
cases that can work without having to resort to a proxy. I'm not sure what
we should do about this yet..
