No it has already been discussed at the start of it to allow this but it was
deemed not appropriate by all that spoke up so it was removed (quite rightly
so I think), you must use file transfer to get the data, so that you can
cache things and only transfer them once, and file transfer should almost
always work because you can use IBB as a fallback if you cannot transfer
directly (if that is why you are wanting to embed the data).

For simplicity sake this should be the only way it ever needs to be done,
embeding the data directly was deemed to be bad and unnecessary.
