[Standards-JIG] Two suggestions for JEP-0115

It might be more inline with the normal "Jabber Way" but I dont think we
should do this personally as it defeats part of the point of even having
this protocol in the first place (i.e. saving as much bandwidth as
possible), nice idea but I dont see it adding any real benefit.
