True enough.  However, we could have equally well had:

    <body xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/xhtml-im" xml:lang="en">
        <p>...</p>
    </body>
    <body xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/xhtml-im" xml:lang="de">
        <p>...</p>
    </body>

That would _exactly_ mirror the XMPP usage, as they would be at the same level
as the XMPP bodies.
