BTW, these changes were made to incorporate feedback received during the
Last Call, as well as a general review of the JEP by yours truly and 
discussion with implementors. As agreed upon in the last Jabber Council 
meeting, the Council will need to issue a second Last Call on this JEP, 
at which point further feedback will be gathered.
