Hi,
As PEP notifications become more and more presence-like, the concept of
only one last cached item becomes - in my opinion - a problem.

I know that some people say that PEP information is about the contact,
not a resource, but at the same time PEP gives a way to learn which
resource generated the event, and JEP mentions examples like
geolocation, different for every resource.

So I'd like to ask: why not make PEP even more presence-like and cache
last item from every active resource, and then send all these events to
people who just became online or just subscribed?
