I think what we mean is that there will be only one "root" payload
namespace per node. So if I subscribe to a node, I expect that the root
payload element within <item/> will be one of: Atom, mood, activity,
geolocation, etc. But I do not expect that the payload for a given node
might be just anything. Naturally, XML namespaces make it possible for
the payload to include other stuff, but I think what we want to say is
that there is one root payload namespace per node.
