That's doable. I think the subset would in fact be quite small, so I'll
look into it for the next version of PEP (and related JEP-0060 mods).

Eventually I'd like us to finish this round of JEP-0060 changes so that
we can move on, but that now seems more and more unlikely to occur in
time for the next Council meeting. Perhaps by the middle of March...
