basil.cd.chalmers.se is up and running with this patch.  Users are
restricted to the chatrooms at conference.jabber.cd.chalmers.se;
stanzas to or from other JIDs are silently dropped.

That's strange... as if the anonymous user were acting on behalf of
the server.

Correct.  I just tried logging in, and got
