Those are nice ideas. How will it happen? Presumably you could send a
file / object (in which I include a voice message) to a user's bare JID
and the user's server could store it until the user comes online again,
then the server sends a JEP-0137 request to the user. Naturally, many
server deployments may not want to provide that kind of offline storage.
