New Firefox Quicksearch keyword:

javascript:ns="%s";n=(isNaN(ns)?0:ns-0);void(location="http://
www.xmpp.org/extensions/"+(n?"xep-"+(n+10000+"").substring(1)
+".html":""))

Add it to your bookmarks (but not as a button) and supply a keyword (for
example: 'xep'). Then, if you type 'xep 123' in address bar, XEP-0123
will open. If you write just 'xep', it will redirect you to the list of
xeps.

You can do the same thing in Safari using Sogudi (http://
www.kitzkikz.com/Sogudi), replacing %s with @@@.
Thanks to Ian Paterson and Maciek Niedzielski for the original version.
