Does it make sense as an extension to XEP-0085?

as a new state:

<message>
 <attention xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/chatstates">
</message>

or as a substate of <active xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/chatstates" />:

<message>
 <active xmlns="http://jabber.org/protocol/chatstates">
  <attention/>
 </active>
</message>
