It's worth remembering that you only need STUN/ICE if you're implementing the
Jingle ICE transport (XEP 176). If you're developing a Jingle implementation,
you can start off with the simpler Jingle Raw UDP transport (XEP 177). Of
course, if you want reliable NAT traversal, you'll need ICE sooner or later.
