[Standards] presence priority -1 use case

folks at jabbim.cz are working on a service for a single-contact
webchat (visitors of your website may chat with you in a simple UI).

There are various issues with the implementation on XMPP. Especially
the JID of the web user.

1) It could be [nick]@[service].

The problem is with presence, as this JID is not subscribed.

2) Otherwise something@[service]/[nick] (I was told [service]/[nick] is
not handled well by some clients, I can ask for more info if needed)

Then they would use negative priority to prevent the user from sending
messages to a different nick than he wants.

This component actually mimics a chat client intended for recieving
messages but priority -1 serves well.
