Dave, Peter, and Kevin +1. Ralph and Ian to vote on the list.

5. Discussion about XEP-0158: Robot Challenges, XEP-0221: Data Forms
Media Element, and XEP-0231: Data Element

Peter relayed concerns he has heard regarding overloading of XMPP
channels with binary data. Consensus that the usage is appropriate for
robot challenges, file transfer previews, and the like, but that it
would not be appropriate for sending large files or such (for which we
have file transfer or non-XMPP channels).

6. 2009 Compliance Suites

Consensus that we will consolidate the ProtoXEPs into two specs, one for
clients and one for servers. Also consensus on removing BOSH and stream
compression from the basic server level, removing in-band registration
from the intermediate server level, and adding PEP to the intermediate
server level. Peter to update and publish as XEPs.
