Dirk Meyer and I have updated that a bit. Reload for the latest version
(which is 0.0.3). It has been harmonized with the changes to raw-udp and
ice-udp worked out at the XMPP Summit, as well as the in-progress
clarifications to the meaning of Jingle session-accept.
