1. Agenda bashing

None.

2. Advance XEP-0198 (Stream Management) from Experimental to Draft?

All Council members voted +1.

3. Advance XEP-0249 (Direct MUC Invitations) from Experimental to Draft?

Peter voted -1 pending addition of security considerations, per list
discussion.

4. Publish http://xmpp.org/extensions/tmp/xep-0220-refactored.html as
the next version of XEP-0220 (Server Dialback)?

Kev, Ralph, and Peter to review it again to make sure that this is
acceptable.

5. Further feedback on SIFT / presence hush?

Peter to describe the requirements and use cases more completely.

6. Further feedback on Shared BOSH?

Jack hasn't had a chance to work on this yet.

7. XMPP WG

Just a heads-up that discussion has started on the xmpp at ietf.org list.

8. Move beyond XEP-0128: Service Discovery Extensions?

Some preliminary discussion about whether to work on deprecating this
technology with something better. Ralph suggested the idea of a protocol
for "disco#meta" that would be similar to disco#info and disco#items.

Peter mentioned the possibility of defining a PEP format for voicemail
notifications. No objections to writing up a proposal about this. Dave
mentioned the possibility of reusing VPIM (RFC 2421).
