The XSF's recently-formed Technical Review Team [1] has decided to take
on the task of reviewing XEP-0045 as its first endeavor. We propose to
start the review on January 18, 2010, and to review an average of 20-25
pages of the spec each week. All posts will be sent to the muc at xmpp.org
discussion list. Here is the proposed schedule:

###

WEEK 1
1. Introduction
2. Scope
3. Requirements
4. Terminology
5. Roles and Affiliations
6. Entity Use Cases

WEEK 2
7. Occupant Use Cases

WEEK 3
8. Moderator Use Cases

WEEK 4
9. Admin Use Cases

WEEK 5
10. Owner Use Cases

WEEK 6
11. Error and Status Codes
12. Internationalization Considerations
13. Security Considerations
14. IANA Considerations
15. XMPP Registrar Considerations
16. Business Rules
17. Implementation Notes

WEEK 7
18. XML Schemas

###

Please join us in completing a productive review of this specification
so that we can clean it up in preparation for advancing it to Final.
Because this is the first review we will try to complete, we are not yet
sure of the process, but in essence any technical issues are in scope
for discussion, from major issues like the authorization model (roles
and affiliations) to minor issues like errors in the examples.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
