Here's a copy of the detailed changelog between 0.0.2 and 0.0.3

Highlights of the biggest Edits:
* Rewrote section "4.5.1.3 Rules for Attribute Values" for Unicode code
points (remove UTF16)
* Rewrote section  "9. Internationalization Considerations" for Unicode code
points (remove UTF16)
* Added section "5. Determining Support" to detect remote caps for RTT
* Clarified section "7.9 Real World Message With Key Press Intervals"
.....Added more back-referencing links to the the bottom of the last example
example (section 7.9)
.....Added an introduction to the beginning of "7. Use Cases" to explain
that the final example (section 7.9) is the most important example.

Other Fixes suggested by XMPP.org and this mailing list
* NOTE: Due to new section "Determining Support", old section numbers 5+
renumbered to 6+
* Section 4.5.1.3 - removed UTF-16 counting requirement. (now use code point
counting.)
* Section 9 - removed UTF-16 counting requirement. (now use code point
counting.)
* Section 4.2.2 - the 0 should be a MUST
* Section 4.2.3.4 - the word "stop" should be "cancel"
* Section 4.3.2 - tone down UI behaviour
* Section 4.5.1.1 - explain "at position p"
* Section 4.5.1.1 - explain "Forward Delete" for RTL
* Section 4.5.1.3 - explain UTF8 vs UTF16 better
* Section 4.5.2.1 - should forward-reference whitespace example
* Section 4.5.3 - define empty rtt
* Section 4.5.3 - fix confusion Tier 2 optional vs recommended
* Section 4.5.3 - clarify "unmodified" sentence
* Section 4.6.2 - mention dangers of corrupted text
* Section 6.1.1 - change to "This hurts usability of real-time text"
* Section 6.2.2 - fix non-normative "should not"
* Section 6.2.3 - fix non-normative "should"
* Section 6.2.3 - explain a suggested programming algorithm
* Section 6.4 - remove reference to 8 kilobytes
* Section 10 - put into proper format, add XEP-0205
* Section 7.3 - fix improper <t><e...></t> example. Action elements should
never nest XML
* Section 7.7 - fix inconsistency in final <c> element p='0' in table,
p='18' in example
* Section 6.2.2 - clarify third bullet, add ", and no cursor movements, "
* Section 8 - updated "Interoperability Considerations"
* Many other minor grammatical, spelling edits, and sentence improvements,
linking/referencing improvements, etc.
