[Standards] End-to-end security in MUCs

Hi George,

We have been looking at end 2 end  encryption for a PEP based publish and
subscribe application and have ended up looking at [3]:
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-meyer-xmpp-e2e-encryption-02 in the most
depth.

I am not sure if it will work as written fro MUC applications, but we think
we can make it work for us.
