[Standards] XEP-0234: Denote used hash function in session-initiate

Hi everyone!

I created a pull request against the xeps repository which hopefully
fixes the issue.

Some feedback is highly appreciated (especially for the XML schema part,
since I have no idea of what I'm doing :D)
