[Standards] xep-0313 missing features

I just want to state again, using MAM like that you will run into problems.

It feels like you want to bend MAM to something you are fixed about, but
MAM works only good if you use it like it was intended.
And no, you cant satisfy all possible use styles of syncing things in one
XEP.
