Yes looks useful, although i would say lets not turn it into something it
does not try to be. (Making MUCs more anonym)

What i wonder is though how servers calculate the id, why use a random
seed? why not just a hash of some unique strings, like MUC JID + user jid.

Randomness would only introduce the problem that if the server storage is
lost somehow and new setup that IDs are not the same anymore.
But maybe i dont see how a random seed improves something here
