1) Roll Call
Present: Dave, Jonas, Daniel, Georg, Zash
2) Agenda Bashing
Jonas had forgotten about the Last Call for XEP-0402 (Bookmarks 2: The New Batch) ending today, so that should be discussed briefly; Georg also totally forgot about Bookmarks 2: Revenge of the Fallen.
3a) Last Call: XEP-0398 (User Avatar to vCard-Based Avatars Conversion) - https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0398.html
Dave: +1 (fairly confident it can get through)
3b) End of LC for XEP-0402 (Bookmarks 2: Judgment Day) - https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0402.html
Jonas thinks there was list feedback which should be addressed by the author; Daniel also thinks there was feedback. The author, Dave, intends to address the list feedback. Jonas suggests that, even if no substantial changes are made, decision rationales need to be put into the document so they're discoverable.
Editor will issue another Last Call once the update is processed; and will change the title to "Atomic Bookmarks in Private PEP Storage" with the next update, unless somebody provides a better suggestion.
Dave is mildly concerned that part of the feedback was adding password back in, and would prefer a second LC after doing that. Daniel agrees that password should be added (even though he doesn't like passwords) otherwise we don't have an upgrade path.
Dave is unclear on what to do about the request for including generic metadata - Jonas thinks it needs to clearly say what happens to unspecified elements, since they may pass through many entities (and clients may 'rewrite' entries.)
Georg vaguely remembers having issues with backward compatibility requirements, which felt weaker than those in XEP-0411 (Bookmarks Conversion).
4) Outstanding Votes

Georg most likely won't be able to make it.
Georg is pondering better titles for XEP-0402 (Bookmarks 2: The Legend Continues) - thinks 'Atomic' has a nuclear ring to it. Dave doesn't care much what it's called, though is apparently more in favour of silliness than most; Jonas is in favour of peace, and this isn't a hill to die on.
Georg thinks "Atomic Bookmarks in PEP" might convey the best message.
The editor shall duly issue an LC for XEP-0398 now.
